The location, right across from the train station, was definitely a plus, making it convenient for our day trips to Venice. The Triple Classic room we had was spacious and well-equipped, but unfortunately, we encountered some issues with the room amenities. the thin walls made it hard to sleep, and the air conditioning unit didn't work properly, resulting in an uncomfortable night. the electrical outlets also stopped working, causing inconvenience with charging our devices and keeping our belongings cool in the fridge. Despite these setbacks, the hotel did have some redeeming qualities. the extensive breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, which was a good start to our day. Overall, Hotel Plaza has the potential to be a great place to stay, with its ideal location and comfortable rooms. However, improvements in room maintenance and noise insulation are necessary to ensure a pleasant experience for guests. My fiancée and I made the best of our time there, but we hope to see these issues addressed for future visits.
